The Holy Name Hurricane Club is hosting a Sports Recognition Night for all 7th and 8th grade athletes and their parents on Monday, May 21 at 7:00 PM

Below are links to important information regarding the evening. If you have an 8th grade athlete, would you please pay close attention to the Info sheet and Ad form, as the deadline is this coming Monday May 7.

Holy Name Hurricane Club is offering the following fall sports for parish members entering grades 5 through 8  
Tryouts/Evaluations begin in mid August. The season goes to mid October.


New this year:  For the 2012 Fall season, Soccer players are allowed to participate in other organized soccer leagues, with the exception of playing on a Junior High School or Middle School team.
 
Registration is open from May 1 until May 20.  After May 20, a $25.00 Late Fee is assessed.

Physical Exam Report Required
A  2012-13 Physical Exam Report dated after April 15, 2012 must be submitted to the  Holy Name Hurricane Club.  This form is on the web site under Registration Docs.
 
Uniform Deposit Required
For Soccer and Volleyball, a  $100.00 Uniform Deposit Check must be submitted to Holy Name Hurricane Club.
